Copilot | AI | introduction and features

 Hello All,

Today I am going to discuss about one the AI (COPILOT) today AI plays major role in all the activities.

In IT sector AI plays a wonderful role.

It moves the one   generation of people to the next level.

On that AI, copilot is one of the major AI tool provided by microsoft.

Copilot is used to create a draft word document

1. In word document while using the copilot we can get information from online and also it searches our onedrive to get the information

Example i am searching by "get the information from the particular presentation - presentation_name.pptx" it get the information from the particular ppt and draft those info in the word it will help us to create a document.

We have revise the content in the document.

2. In excel copilot helps for sort :

Example sort column c 

it will sorting and filter and pivot chart also be generated

3. In ppt in ppt presentation if any information that we can given via onedrive doc or online information it will generate a draft ppt for us it is very helpful for us

4. In outlook it helps us to draft an email.

Example send a requiremnet mail for manager.

it will create a draft mail in the very detailed manner the information that is fetched from the online 

we have to validate and add the mail content

5. In teams:

in call we can use AI as the meeting notes and any question regarding hte chat and call we have the AI will answer .

Example: when the project planned and what are the topics discussed we can ask to AI.

it will get information form our chats and meeting and give the accurate info to us
